As the solo Product Designer for the majority of features and lead designer on multiple key initiatives I handled the end to end redesign of Nombolo a B2B2C SaaS platform connecting small businesses with customers through digital rewards. I reimagined both the B2B (merchant) and B2C (consumer), specialized in simplifying the digital loyalty journey, streamlining user flows, and elevating the overall interface to enhance engagement, usability, and retention on both sides of the platform.
